Contact & Support
Buslah is made by Coconutica, a one-person studio in Singapore. Email is the only support channel, and it is read by a person.
Reporting a wrong arrival time
Arrival times are not ours: they come live from the Land Transport Authority’s DataMall feed, unchanged. If a bus shows as arriving and does not, that gap is in the feed rather than in the app, and the operator is the only party who can fix it. A greyed out time means LTA has flagged that bus as unmonitored — a timetable estimate, not a live position.
A missing or renamed stop
Stop and route data is refreshed from DataMall periodically. If a new stop is missing or a route has changed, send the stop code (the five digits on the pole) and it will go into the next data refresh. Some route shapes on the map come from OpenStreetMap, © OpenStreetMap contributors, where LTA’s data no longer includes them; a wrong shape there can be fixed on OpenStreetMap itself.
Bugs
Include your browser or phone model and what you tapped. If it is a display problem, a screenshot settles it in one message.
